Suspended Ceilings
We supply and fit all types of suspended ceiling systems in accordance with the manufacturers specifications in both commercial and residential properties
We have completed projects in all manner of properties from industrial units such as electrical and plumbing suppliers to the most exclusive high end store such as Harrods Beauty, Channel and Dior to name but a few
Wall Partitions
We supply and fit all manner of partitioning systems from metal stud and plasterboard to achieve the correct fire or acoustic ratings or fully glazed demountable systems for offices and commercial units
Frame constructions may include insulation to prevent the passage of sound or fire between adjacent spaces. It is important therefore that the top and bottom of the wall are properly sealed against the floor and ceiling, and where a raised floor or suspended ceiling is present, it is important to consider the potential for ‘flanking’ through the voids above and below.
Fire Protection
We offer a comprehensive range of fire stopping services to ensure building compartments, walls, floors, service risers and roof voids retain their fire protection.
Our teams are highly skilled and vastly experienced, providing a professional and efficient service for a wide range of commercial and industrial projects. We always keep up to date with the latest fire regulations.
All our work is certified and installed as per the manufacturer’s guidelines to protect the public and client buildings. All fire protection work is installed to IFC certification standards.
Fire Doors
Buildings are compartmentalised to delay the spread of fire from one area to another. These compartments are usually linked by fire doors to allow the flow of traffic around the building. Fire doors have two important functions in a fire; when closed they form a barrier to stop the spread of fire and when opened they provide a means of escape.
A well-designed timber fire door will delay the spread of fire and smoke without causing too much hindrance to the movement of people and goods.
